​How Do I Place An Order?​

Online: Select all the drop-down boxes and click "Add To Cart". If all drop-down boxes are not selected you will not be able to add your item. To check out click the image of the cart on the top of the web

page.

Email: info@beltwaymerch.com with your order request and we will send you an invoice for payment with instructions.



 

What Payments Do You Take?

www.beltwaymerch.com integrates with PayPal, a secure payment gateway that allows customers to pay in the way they prefer. 

PayPal allows payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions, and is available worldwide. Shop securely when you pay with PayPal, you don’t expose your financial information to sellers.

You don’t need have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have an account.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order Once It's Placed?
Once the order has been placed, it can be changed or cancelled if it hasn't shipped. Orders are usually shipped in 1-5 business day after placing the order. Please contact us at info@beltwaymerch.com to see if your order has been shipped yet.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Your order will ship in 1-5 business days. Most items have to be made to order because we have over 100 designs that come in many products and many sizes. We hand make, process, produce, label and ship each order one-by-one and literally by hand. Most orders are received in 7-10 after order is placed.

 

You will receive a shipping conformation email once your item(s) ship along with a USPS tracking number.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

YES! We ship all of our packages through USPS.

Do You Ship Internationally?

YES! But, from this website we can only ship and sell to USA based customers. If you would like an International shipping quote please email us your order request and complete shipping address including country and phone number.

Do You Have Local Pick-Up?

YES! Local pick up for your order placed online is available. Select the option "Local Pick-Up" in the drop-down box at check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up. Our Workshop in Baltimore is the pick up location, this is not a retail locations. Beltway Merch WORKSHOP 5501 Harford Rd, 2nd Floor Rear, Baltimore, MD 21214. You may also pick up at events with advanced notice.

Do You Have Retail Shop?

NO :( Our Workshop in Baltimore is an order pick up location and not a retail locations. You must order online or email your order request before you can pick-up. We do host seasonal Open Houses where you can shop, check our Calendar for dates and times. Beltway Merch WORKSHOP 5501 Harford Rd, 2nd Floor Rear, Baltimore, MD 21214



How Do I Use A Coupon?

On our website we call Coupons, "Promo Codes". On the Check Out Page there is a box that says "Enter a promo code" across from the subtotal. Coupons are valid until midnight on the expiration date. Coupons can only be used on website orders. Coupon are not valid on wholesale orders, special orders, logo items, or event purchases. 

Do You Take Returns, Refunds or Exchanges?

We do not accept returns or give refunds. You may exchange your​ unused item for a different item, design or size. Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs during the exchange. Full Policy Here.

Do You Wholesale?

YES! We do have a wholesale program available to retails stores or organizations. There is a minimum order which varies by item, request a price list here.

Can You Make Items From My Design Or Logo?

YES! With the permission of the design or logo copyright owner will can make any of our items with your image. All we need is a .JPG or .PNG file and permission in writing from the appropriate person. Please allow 4-5 week from start to finish on your first order. There is a minimum order which varies by item, request price list here. Don't have a logo? We can help with that too. Send art work/ logo/ design logo requests and permission to info@beltwaymerch.com.
